This study uses an integrated AHP-VIKOR multicriteria decision-making methodology to identify and rank the key success factors of e-logistics in Turkey. By evaluating five main criteria—reliability, maintainability, facility, transportation, and technology—based on expert opinions, the research determines that reliability is the most critical factor for sustaining e-logistics activities, followed by maintainability, while transportation is considered the least important. The findings suggest that the sustainability and profitability of e-logistics systems depend primarily on system reliability and the subsequent reduction in maintenance frequency and costs, highlighting a shift in sector priorities toward system stability over traditional factors like technological infrastructure alone.
